We are pleased to welcome Jennifer Thomas to the Glasgow Office team as a Senior Consultant. She has more than fifteen years’ experience working in both private and third sector consultancies and has developed a wide range of research skills, including evaluation and project appraisal, quantitative and qualitative research methods, and baseline analysis work. Jennifer is a skilled interviewer and facilitator, regularly undertaking consultations, workshops and focus group sessions with client groups and beneficiaries. As a qualified engineer, she has particular expertise and knowledge of the STEM sector and is also very interested in skills and learning research.
She is currently involved in evaluating NHS Education for Scotland‘s Return to Practice Programme, which encourages nurses and midwives who have left the profession to return to the workforce. She is also part of the wider ekosgen team evaluating the Glasgow City Region’s Working Matters employability project.
